After Nyne Creative Services Group acquires Alexander PR & Communications
After Nyne Creative Services Group, the arts and culture publishing and new media company has announced the acquisition of specialist art and culture communications agency Alexander PR & Communications. The acquisition strengthens the groups offering and services in the marketing and promotion of the arts. After Nyne Creative Services Group currently owns bi-monthly print publication After Nyne magazine and is set to launch its own branded online gallery in autumn 2017. Established in 2011 by Adam Rutherford, Alexander PR specialised in culture communications using art and culture as a strategic communication platform to reach consumer audiences. Alexander PR’s diverse client roster included global US heritage brand Goodyear; film production companies Number 9 Films and The Electric Shadow Company; fashion global talent management firm Streeters; and the five star art themed boutique hotelier, The Exhibitionist Hotel. The agency’s Director Adam Rutherford will join the After Nyne Creative Services Group Board of Directors in an agreement that will see Adam lead the group’s PR and marketing communications offering, following his recent appointment as Editor-at-Large at After Nyne Magazine.
